Contract Or Engagement Requirements
Please visit the pricing page as the terms are there. The full SEO engagement packages have a 6 month commitment term. To speak plainly, SEO takes time to build and we incorporate website changes as well.
You will also get a ton of work and optimizations in the onboarding process so it will all be worth it.
Website Requirements
- Your website needs to be in WordPress
- It needs to be on a host where you have full admin access to everything
- Elementor Pro editor is preferred but we can talk as there might be ways around this
Our team can only work in Elementor Pro editor (we’ll supply the license) since that is what we know best.
If your entire site is in another editor a possible solution is to create new pages in Elementor Pro.
Doing it this way might create general format problems with the site or specific pages that will need to be addressed but we’ll cross that bridge when we get there.
The short answer is probably not. Unless your website is really dated looking, as long as it’s in WordPress and hopefully using Elementor Pro we can work with it.
How Does Lead Generation Work
You can expect to start seeing ranking improvements in the first 60 days, there are a lot of factors that weigh in on how long that takes.
It depends on your location and the competition. It also depends on if you have ranked pages already that can be optimized or do we need to start from scratch.
Once pages start to rank and get on the 1st page you will see a traffic increase.
That’s why it’s important to have strong calls to action to convert visitors to leads and we’ll help you with that.
Consulting Approach
You will not get a boiler plate solution that does not take into account what verticals you work best with and your local market,
What you will get is a laser focused SEO strategy based on the best keywords in your city.
Not all keywords and content are created equal. Just because certain content works well in one city does not mean it will work the same way in another city. We’ll figure out what keywords have the best intent matched with your chances of ranking and work from there.
Content Is King
If you are posting random blog posts about how to reset your chrome browser for example, that’s all good but that will get you some website activity not leads.
The new content will primarily fall in 2 categories – hyper focused city based service pages or a blog article that can relevant to your local city.
For example, if a company is moving they might need IT services and that is a blog article that can be made relevant on a per city basis.
Depending on the pages you currently, either a brand new page with new content will be produced or an existing page will be optimized with new content.
The content or pages that are produced will be highly targeted with a local purpose. It won’t do you any good to get a lead on the other side of the country.
The tools we use are tool are all commercial grade and the content goes through several phases before being produced. Homework is done to make sure that page is a perfect match for the search intent.
The work does not stop there, if the page isn’t ranking as hoped we’ll start to add backlinks and other tweaks.
For every page that is produced you will get a 30 second embedded YouTube short video. The video will be simple but created with the primary keyword and help with the trust signals.
You can keep posting that content, it will help with website activity and getting impressions.
Every month we put time into building optimize internal links to the pages and content we create. This also includes “orphaned” pages – pages that don’t have a single internal link pointed to them.
Once everything gets caught up you will have all of your pages linked properly, some more then others. This structure helps create more impressions and hopefully boost the service pages and blog posts and will produce leads.
So the short answer is you can still post 3rd party content but it will not be included in our overall strategy.
Absolutely! Anyone who says they are not using AI generated content is lying.
The blog article or service page gets created with some AI content before it goes through several phases of polishing and tweaking.
That includes fact checking, spell checks and other human eyes on it.
Our team also tweaks content so it’s unique and adds value.
Monthly Website And Page Maintenance
Every website needs technical SEO maintenance every month whether you realize it or not.
Every 2 weeks we’ll run a full audit and see what needs to be fixed – broken or redirected links, slow pages that can be optimized better and a whole bunch of other issues.
Most audit don’t effect keyword rankings directly but some do and collectively speaking your website as a whole needs to be running at optimal performance to get results.
Technical SEO are all the items and metrics that are website related and not content related.
That includes internal links, page speed, images and lots of other things. We consider technical SEO an important part of this process.
You can create a really page but if your website is slow to load, has a bunch of broken links it will work against you. That’s why we invest some time to keep improving and fixing.
Google Business Listing
Your Google Business Listing is an important tool to getting leads and it’s often neglected. As part of our engagement we’ll include a What’s New post with any new page or blog post.
When was the last time you checked on your listing to see what Google is asking to be updated? Exactly! We’ll take care of that for you, for example confirming holiday hours.
When was the last time you looked at your Google Business Listing? Is it updated, is it missing things like opening hours or interior pictures?
As part of the onboarding process your GBL needs to be brought to a baseline status and we’ll help you get there. We have a comprehensive audit list and will optimize your listing according to best practices.
This will of course hopefully start to increase your presence in Google Maps and in the local pack when someone is searching for your services.
BING
Yes because it still counts for 20% of all internet searches.
When onboarding your account we’ll make sure your BING places is created or optimized to best practice with pictures, information and anything else required.
We’ll also tap into BING webmaster tools and make sure everything is set, for example if you have the correct sitemap submitted.
This will ensure you have the best chance of getting your pages ranked in both Google and BING.
Keyword Tracking And Reporting
Not only will keywords be tracked for progress for new content but we’ll track high potential existing keywords as well.
Chances are your website is already ranking for a few prime local keywords for existing pages and content. Those will be added to the rank tracker as well, perhaps it can be improved without a complete page re-write.
The point is we’ll track all primary keywords that have lead potential so we can measure progress of the big picture,.
Every 2 weeks you will get a hand written report highlighting what work has been done so you can stay in the loop. A tracking report will be attached as well to see what progress has been made as well as a website audit with scoring.
Keyword tracking isn’t everything though and that’s why a website with proper calls to action is important. The keyword report is just one metric you tool in the toolbox.
